Camila Cabello: ‘I’ll Always Be A Fifth Harmony Fan’
Former Fifth Harmony star Camila Cabello will always be a fan of her bandmates, even though they all fell out when she quit the girl group in December.
The 19-year-old is now seeking solo success, telling Seventeen magazine Fifth Harmony wasn’t “the maximum expression of me individually”, but she insists she’ll never bad-mouth the girls she left behind, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui, and Ally Brooke Hernandez.
“I’ll continue to wish them all the best, and I’m happy they are continuing their journey as Fifth Harmony,” Cabello told the publication. “I’m also looking forward to hearing new music from the group and their solo endeavors.”
The singer fell out with her former bandmates after they released a statement suggesting Camila had informed them she was moving on via “her representatives”.
Camila fired back and explained the other four girls were well aware of her plans to leave the group.
“I did not intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way,” she wrote at the time.
