Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt’s Former Bodyguard Says He Fathered Their Six Children
In a new interview with The Sun, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s former bodyguard, Mark Billingham, hints that he was the primary influence on Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne during the 18 months was employed by the pair in the late ’00s.
“It was clear from the start we had a great chemistry, and they trusted me with the kids,” he said. “We got very close, I was living with them all the time. I could take the kids anywhere I wanted to on my own. No-one else was allowed to do that.”
The former member of the British Special Forces claims he “never had a personal life” of his own during that time because he was completely preoccupied with Brangelina’s brood, which is why he ultimately quit.
“[If any extra security was needed] they could look out for [the kids] from a distance, but they couldn’t physically touch them,” he said. “I took them swimming. I fathered them, basically.”
Still, the 51-year-old says what shocked him most about the family was Brad and Angelina’s disconnect with the outside world.
“What surprised me was their low level of common sense,” said Mark, who has also worked for Russell Crowe, Sean Penn, and Tom Cruise. “I found it crazy when they would ask me questions like, ‘How do I go down to that bar?’ and ‘What do I need to do to get there?’
“They’re not stupid, but because of the world they live in they just haven’t done something like that for so long. I found that weird.”
Angelina filed for divorce from Brad last month and is reportedly now using her brother, James Haven, as the children’s full-time nanny.
Mark stars on the new UK reality show SAS: Who Dares Wins.
