Celebrate the 103rd edition of the Tour de France this summer with TV5MONDE USA.  Viewers can tune in daily – from now through the final stage taking place on the Champs-Elysées in Paris on Sunday, July 24th – for live coverage of this adventure-filled race featuring the world’s best cyclists including defending champion Chris Froome, Marcel Kittel, Thibault Pinot, Tejay van Garderen, Mark Cavendish and Peter Sagan. In addition to the tour, TV5MONDE USA in July also offers: Summer Nights, a drama chronicling the life of Michel, a respectable notary who secretly enjoys crossdressing on the weekends; Defile July 14, a TV special dedicated to the Bastille Day Parade from the Champs-Élysées; The Algeria From Above, an eco-friendly documentary following French environmentalist Yann Arthus-Bertrand as he travels an array of mountains, hills and oases in Algeria; Lou! Tiny Journal, a comedic tale chronicling the love life of a twelve year old girl who is smitten by her bohemian neighbor; Secrets of History, a fascinating documentary about Napoleon I, one of the most powerful rulers of France; and Just a Sigh, a romantic comedy starring César award-winning actress Emmanuelle Devos as Alix Aubane, a talented actress who falls in love with a stranger she meets on her way to her next audition.

Don’t miss the 103rd edition of the Tour de France! Daily until the great race’s conclusion, the world’s most distinguished bicyclists will compete in a 2,000 mile race across the French countryside for 23 days. This year’s race will feature appearances by Marcel Kittel, Peter Sagan, Mark Cavendish and Bryan Coquard.

 Starring César award-winning actor Guillaume de Tonquedec as Michel, a smalltime notary who is running for a top position for a series of upcoming local elections in his town. As Michel works diligently to prove that he is the perfect husband, father and town leader to his peers, he is forced to find new ways to conceal his love for dressing as a woman. Chaos erupts when Michel is exposed for being a crossdresser.

As her trip begins, she stumbles across Doug (Gabriel Byrne), a charismatic traveler who engages her in a friendly conversation which soon turns their accidental encounter into a rollercoaster romance.
